Sarah has been practicing Holistic Therapies for over 25 years after completing a Complementary Therapies Diploma Course in the year 2000. With her ever-growing interest and fascination within this field, Sarah continued to study and gained qualifications in Ayurvedic Marma Massage (under the training of the UK’s leading Physician) and commenced initiations to become a Reiki Master and teacher. Sarah is an experienced intuitive Reiki Master Teacher of over 24 years and is registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Sarah updated her Reiki training in 2017 to become recognised by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) by undertaking a CNHC level programme of education and training which lead to an Education and Training qualification.
Sarah has also worked alongside reputable Holistic Health Clinics and contributed her knowledge and skills throughout the media.
Since 2019 Sarah has built an online presence on YouTube introducing a health channel full of tips and insights and offering a wealth of information on how to live a holistic and happy healthy life.
